Click here for the grant application process Training, education and conference requests: interim arrangements Please note: training, education and conference funding requests are currently undergoing review by Divisional Directors before being signed off for charity funding. This applies to all costs including those for which you might previously have been able to submit a reimbursement of expenses form for under £250. Before paying out for any training (including study and away days), educational courses or conferences under £250, we would advise that you submit a Request for Funding to [email protected] which will be passed on for divisional consideration. Please ensure that you submit your Request for Funding Form at least 4 weeks before the event in order for us to be able to process your request. We are currently able to fund UK based courses/events. You must adhere to any government guidelines relating to Covid-19. It is your responsibility to ensure that there is a clear refund policy. This needs to be signed by a fund advisor with receipts and invoices attached. Reimbursement will then be issued to the named bank account via BACS transfer. Reimbursement of expenses form For grants worth over £250 Please complete a grant application form for approval. This needs to be signed by a fund advisor and include evidence of costs. Once approved, you will be given a Grant Application Number which needs to be included on any reimbursement of expenses claims or invoices. For grants worth over £5,000 In addition to approval from a fund advisor, these grants also require sign off from the Divisional Director and approval from CPSG. For queries regarding the CPSG approval process, please contact Kirsty Cepek, UHBW Head of Capital Accounting. For grants worth over £10,000 In addition to approval from a fund advisor, Divisional Director and CPSG, these grants also require approval from our Board of Trustees who meet six times a year.
