Do you live and breathe digital marketing? We’re looking for a creative, enthusiastic and all round brilliant communicator to join our brand and marketing team.

You’ll help put our hospital charity in the forefront of people’s hearts, minds and fundraising activity at a time when supporting our NHS has never been more acutely felt by all of us in our community.

Above & Beyond is the official NHS charity for University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust. Each year we support 11,000 NHS staff, 989,000 patients and their friends and families in our nine hospitals across the city and beyond. This includes Bristol Royal Hospital for Children, Bristol Heart Institute, Bristol Royal Infirmary, Bristol Haematology and Oncology Centre and St Michael’s Hospital.

A digital guru, you will develop strong and innovative digital marketing and communications strategies, using SEO, PPC and other digital techniques to drive traffic to Above & Beyond’s website and digital platforms, ultimately generating income to support our hospitals. Your work will span the entire Fundraising & Marketing Team and includes co-ordinating and delivering donor journey mapping and communications, digital and social campaigns, data insight analysis and website content management.

You’ll have confidence in reaching new and existing audiences by creating top quality digital content that results in donations. Creation and use of our case studies across all digital platforms to share people’s stories and experiences will be critical, as will the role you’ll play in our digital acquisition and retention strategies.

Although the majority of your work is online you’ll be a real team player, perfectly comfortable working with, talking to and interviewing colleagues, designers, donors, patients and NHS staff as well as under your own steam delivering digital activity.

This is a wonderful opportunity to stand alongside your NHS with us and play a critical role in making a real difference within your community. We can’t wait to hear from you.

Please read the job description carefully and send a cover letter outlining how your experience matches it, as well as your CV to [email protected] or email Sarah for more information.
