Due to an internal promotion, we have a unique opportunity to join our supporter engagement team as our Supporter Care Coordinator. In this role, you be responsible for offering supporters the the best possible experience at their first point of contact with Above & Beyond and onwards throughout their supporter journey. You will champion accurate record keeping, ensuring we are keeping our database records up to date and offering database support to your fundraising and marketing colleagues.  You will be reporting to the Head of Supporter Engagement but will have opportunities to work across the team and the fundraising & marketing portfolio. This role will offer you wonderful opportunities to develop your experience alongside warm and supportive colleagues.

You’ll have an excellent telephone manner and solid administrative experience with a proven eye for detail. You will bring warmth and diplomacy to this incredibly special role, have the ability to build strong connections and have a passion for your work and making a difference.
