Get involved Events Severn Bridge 10k & Half Marathon Please note: due to the uncertainty surrounding the continuation of mass participation events later in the year, the organisers of the Severn Bridge races have taken the decision to cancel the Half Marathon. Fundraise for Bristol's Hospitals by taking on the Severn Bridge 10k or Half Marathon Taking in two countries, Wales and England, and the original, iconic, Severn Bridge, the race offers an opportunity to run either the half marathon distance (13.1 miles, starting at 9am) or the 10k distance (6.2 miles, starting at 10am). The event starts on the western (Chepstow) end of the Severn Bridge. Join 2,800 entrants this August for a unique and picturesque experience. Why run for Above & Beyond? There is no minimum sponsorship, which means you can raise as much as you want for your hospitals with no pressure! Can I sign a team up to take part? Of course! If you would like to enter a team, please email [email protected] to have a chat. Do I have to be an expert runner to take part? The route suits both novice and club runners. We have training plans and advice for every level of runner, so you definitely don’t need to be an expert.
