Above & Beyond, the official charity partner for the Bristol city centre hospitals, is entering a new and exciting phase of its development. Our ambitions are bigger than ever and we need incredible people to help to achieve these ambitions.

The new role of Data & Insight Manager, reporting directly to the Director of Fundraising & Development, will transform the way that Above & Beyond uses data to drive it’s decision making. You will be integral to increasing our understanding of our supporters as well as ensuring any information they share with us is kept safe and secure. Your insight will influence everything we do.

Your experience in managing a CRM system and data analysis will mean you are fully competent using reporting tools to manage effective data selections and segmentation. You will be aware of data management best practice, including ensuring data compliance, and will have experience in establishing processes and routines that mean the highest data quality is achieved.  You will be comfortable in using quantitative and qualitative methods to deliver insight and in supporting a wide range of audiences to understand your insight so that they can turn it into action.

This is a pivotal role for Above & Beyond at this exciting and formative stage. Working with all of our fundraising and marketing streams, you will play an integral part of unlocking opportunities across our fundraising portfolio and the insight that you deliver will influence and shape the fundraising activities of the charity.
