The Welsh Three Peaks Challenge takes in Snowdon in the North, Cadair Idris in mid-Wales, and Pen y Fan in the South of the country.

Though the total walking distance is 17 miles, 7 miles less than the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge, it has higher combined ascent of 2,334. Walkers aim to complete the challenge within 24 hours.

There are two ways to take on the Challenge - a self organised group, or as part of a professional organised event.

Visit the Three Peaks Challenge website for the dates of the organised walks and for information for those who wish to participate as a self organised group.
