I've been lucky to work for a number of charities since I made Bristol my home 14 years ago and I've met some amazing volunteers, supporters and colleagues as a result.
It's great to be part of a team here which is doing so much to make a difference to patient care in our city - especially at such an important time for public health.
In the time I have been with Above & Beyond, I have been touched by the generosity of people who remember the charity with a gift in their will. These special and lasting gifts are often a way of remembering a loved one so it's a particularly heart-warming area to work in.
Outside the office, I relax by enjoying a spot of organic gardening & growing - and sharing the battle against slugs with Horace the intrepid rescue hedgehog.
