Lorna Clarke
I've recently joined Above & Beyond (September 2010) to develop the charity's relationship with the local business community. I am very excited to be working for such a special charity that touches the lives of so many people locally and to be part of such a friendly and supportive team.
Prior to joining, I spent a number of years in the corporate sector in London. I worked for Deloitte for over 8 years, as Executive Director leading the development of one of their business units and its eventual transition into a joint venture with a US firm. Most recently I set up the Soulful Gallery which my partner now runs.
Having just moved back to Bristol after 20 years away I am enjoying getting re-acquainted with the city and old friends. Once a little more settled I plan to continue the voluntary work I was doing in London supporting people impacted by homelessness back into employment and start singing again.
