Our StaffComplaints ProcedureThe Charity recognises and acknowledges any expression of dissatisfaction as a potential complaint whether it comes in person or by telephone, letter, fax or email. It does not regard complaints negatively but more as a means of monitoring and improving performance and gauging public perception. To demonstrate the Charity's commitment to its standard of care for donors and stakeholders, we are members of the Fundraising Standards Board and of the Association of NHS Charities. The FSB scheme is open to all fundraising organisations and members will agree to adhere to the highest standards of good practice with their fundraising and a Donors' Charter. They will demonstrate membership of the scheme by using the scheme logo on their fundraising materials. By participating in the scheme charities are both advertising their commitment to best fundraising practices and giving donors the comfort of a 'safety net' provided by a robust complaints system. |
