Pie & Cash is the brainchild of award-winning pie-maker pieminister and the fundraising team here at Above & Beyond.

It's easy as pie!

Invite your friends round for a night of delicious pie and mash (gravy and peas optional) on Saturday 24th April 2010 and raise money urgently needed to complete the transformation of Bristol's Cancer Hospital, the BHOC.

Don't worry if you and your friends can't do 24th April, for each pie bought for a 'Pie & Cash' party throughout April and May, pieminister will donate 50p to the CaRE Appeal. Pies can be bought for Pie & Cash parties from pieminister's Bristol shops on Stokes Croft and in St Nicholas' Market.

"Try the Thai chook pie with a herby salad (be sure to add some coriander) and drizzle with a blend of crème fraiche, sweet chilli sauce and fresh lime juice. Serve with a rosemary jus for a dish that will look and taste of spring.
