 | Jan Blake lives and works in Bristol. Jan has a background in painting, printmaking and theatre design and works with metal constructions and other materials including silk and glass to create sculptures and in particular aerial sculptures. Recent projects include artworks for DEFRA headquarters in London, Drake Circus shopping centre in Plymouth and Russell's Hall Hospital in Dudley. Jan will be collaborating with Rob Olins on the atrium sculpture for the new Heart Centre. |

Marion Brandis is a ceramic artist, based near Brighton who has created many pieces for public buildings, including hospitals. Marion works mainly with ceramics but also other surface materials such as vinyl and marmoleum. She has worked on many collaborative and participatory commissions in hospitals, most notably at Hillingdon Hospital where her work for the A&E waiting area resulted in better staff retention, reduced stress for staff and patients and less violence and vandalism. |

Jo Fairfax is a public artist with a varied practice, based near Leicester. He has created lighting pieces, public sculpture, sculptural seating, films, holograms and architectural glass. He is currently a National Endowment for Science, Technology and the Arts (NESTA) fellow, developing virtual reality as a public artform. His previous work includes a sculptural lighting piece for the new Hillsborough College in Sheffield and a new market place for Chester-le-Street, Co Durham. |

Rob Olins has design, architecture, theatre and lighting design experience. He exhibits in the UK and abroad as well as creating public art pieces and large-scale private commissions. His recent projects include site-specific artworks for Swansea Promenade, an 18 m tall marker in Maidstone incorporating lighting and an illuminated water-jet sculpture for the new Centre for Advanced Photonics and Electronics at Cambridge University. |

Sophie and Rolf have worked together and independently to create art commissions for Clark Shoes, The Science Museum and Nike. |

She has experience of producing artworks for both commercial and non-commercial environments responding to the differing contexts of each. Her recent projects include a sculpture for Yorkshire Cancer Centre and a series of light-box panels for Cookridge Hospital in Leeds. |

Walter Jack runs a studio in Bristol designing, inventing and realizing a varied range of public space projects including furniture and architectural elements for buildings and landscapes. Projects include seating for the Bristol Royal Hospital for Children and Woodhouse Hall, Leeds and a staircase and reception desk for the Healthy Living Centre in Barton Hill, Bristol. They have also created a sculptural collonade to direct pedestrians around and enliven the public space of Temple Circus in Bristol. |
