Above & Beyond fundraises to:

- provide state of the art equipment.
Going Above & Beyond for our hospitals:
With the help of many local fundraisers, businesses, hospital staff, donors and trusts we are able to fund and invest in projects in our hospitals. Projects that make a real difference to all generations and all local communities using our hospitals 365 days a year such as :-
- the Above & Beyond shuttle buses taking people to our hospitals from Bristol's city centre
- incubators for the Special Care Baby Unit at St Michael’s Hospital
- not to mention a constant supply of glue, paint and glitter for the Play Department at the Children’s Hospital
We have also helped to transform the Bristol Heart Institute, The Bristol Haematology & Oncology Centre and the Bristol Eye Hospital including with new reception areas, an expanded outpatients unit, dedicated counselling rooms, arts programmes and a new clinical trials unit.
